The Green Mountain Girls will be hosing a Toolbox Clinic for middle school athletes this winter.

Our Toolbox Clinic is a four-week skills series designed to build confident, versatile players by sharpening one core skill set each week. Week 1 focuses on defensive techniques and strategies, emphasizing positioning, footwork, and smart decision-making. Week 2  is all about shooting, covering lifted shots, tip-ins, tomahawks, slap shots, and strong drives on goal. Week 3 will focus on 3D skills and eliminations, helping players beat defenders with control and creativity. Week 4  wraps up with passing and aerials, developing vision, timing, and effective ball movement. Every session finishes with a short scrimmage so players can immediately apply the day’s skills in game-like situations and lock in their learning.
